Your first session is an intake designed to see if we’re a good fit and for me to understand what you’re going through. We’ll discuss your goals, challenges, and how we might work together moving forward.

Each session is scheduled for 50 minutes. This duration is designed to provide ample time to explore and work through your concerns in depth, ensuring a thorough and unhurried process.

Depending on the location of clients, United Kingdom clients will be charged £35 per session, and Australia clients will be charged $70 per session. Or if you pay for 6 sessions upfront, you will get one FREE session (£175 in total or $350 for 6 sessions).

While you may have preferences or ideas about what type of therapy might suit you; the approach will be collaboratively determined to ensure it best meets your needs. Guidance will be provided to select the treatment that aligns with your goals, ensuring the most effective path to your well-being.

The number of sessions varies greatly depending on individual needs, goals, and the nature of the issues being addressed. Some may progress significantly within a few sessions, while others might benefit from longer-term support. This will be reviewed continuously to ensure your therapy aligns with your evolving journey.

A mix of face-to-face and remote sessions. Remote sessions are via video call, and you will be sent a link before your appointment begins. In-person sessions are coming soon in Exmouth, Devon, United Kingdom.
